Been from Stourbridge through to the other side of brum today, once via motorways and once through the city. Genuinely staggered by the state the toads have been left in. Will be utter chaos in the morning if there is any sort of volume of traffic. Fugg Big Society, just a couple of half decent snow ploughs will do!

It is the worst I have ever seen Newton Road / All Saints Way and this is as of now - over 24 hours after the big dump.
I am hoping that the sheer volume of traffic in the morning will clear the majority of snow off the roads.

Cant see that SSS because they will be deep frozen and on many important A roads they are down to one lane and no one with half a brain will try to plough through the lanes that are blocked up

coming down worcester street to the ring road a jag in front of mes wheels locked.back end slid out and he stopped right on the edge with loads of cars just missing him.then coming back saw a car had shunted another in exactly the same place.it was very dicey everywhere round the sideroads and the pavements were hideous in the town.

I drove half a mile up the road to get some supplies and rapidly realised it was one of the silliest things I've ever done. Was shocking in Upper Gornal.
Meant to fly from Heathrow to get to Melbourne on Wednesday. Fingers crossed.

Do you (if all things go a tad pear shaped) get your money back ?? Depends, accommodation and match tickets are paid for but they have an obligation to get me to Australia and, as much as the media will get us wound up, this won't last.
