I'm obviously more than happy to click the link in your signature every day. But I don't understand quite how it works as a means of fundraising, do you know? And why doesn't some boffin just invent a programme that registers an IP, accesses the site and clicks the link, then logs off and registers another address repeating the process thousands and thousands of times a day?

I wrote to the organisers & asked if there was a site for the UK & their reply was it it's all down to advertising, the more clicks to the site provides free mammograms to women all over the world who don't have the service of the NHS. The age for testing in the UK is 50 unless you have a family history of BC, my friend was in her late 30's when she was diagnosed. as for the other question you've lost me

The other question would guarantee thousands and thousands of clicks per day.
Good cause Paula, and in a country where breast implants are given on the NHS and mammograms aren't something is severely wrong.

I know it's very frustrating when there are so many out there who need that mammogram. My Aunt was recently diagnosed, a tiny lump was found by the mammogram & because it was found early she has had a lumpectomy & radiation treatment, she has a check up today so fingers crossed she's clear We all know someone who has had or is suffering through this dreadful disease & all it takes is one click every day. sorry to go on but it's something very close to my heart
