Great game again. Also well done Given. These two just prove the value to the team of a top goalkeeper.

Hard to work out with any certainty, but how many points has he been worth this season ?

I didn't hear who was MOM, but Foster for me. No ifs, no buts, baldy HAS to sign him

How many point blank saves did he pull off today. A couple where he bravely dived in to oncoming strikers. Hope we can tie up a deal.

As good as any keeper in the Prem IMO. If he could eradicate the (now very) occasional gaff he would be the best. I see no gap between him and Hart.

Great keeper, especially for a club like us. But I think it shows though what a travesty it was that Hoult, in his pomp, didn't get an England cap, as I think for a good season or so he might have edged it over Foster.

I don't think Hoult was anywhere near as good as Foster. Foster instills more confidence in the defence for a start. Hoult was immense in the second tier but steady without being world class in the Greed League.

Hoult was tremendous for us at he time and a massive part of our recovery, but Foster is streets ahead.

Hoult was tremendous for us at he time and a massive part of our recovery, but Foster is streets ahead I'm not sure I agree. Plus I think we have had a better defence/defensive midfield in front of Foster than Hoult. Don't get me wrong I think Foster is a great keeper and hope we do out best to keep him. Maybe it's just one of my bugbears that commentators scream about world-class saves when the ball goes directly at the keeper or at diving height and at arms's length. And as much as Given's save did keep them in the game didn't the ball just travel straight to his foot anyway?
