Hom made chicken tikka and raita on pittas. Salad. 8/10 as the tikka had some additional hot chilli whacked in which made it good - the raita was too runny.
Tonight: Falafel in pittas and salad.
Diet ay it.

Stop eating bread then, mon. No need. Take on less than 1600 calories and 80g of fat a day and the weight flies off regardless of how those calories are made up. Was it you that said treat bread like cake? Whoever it is, I've been meaning to take them up on that bit of hokum... Cake contains butter and sugar. Bread does not.
