Lunch: Chicken Tikka and salad. A surprising 9/10 actually. Tay: Prawn Pad Thai - a staple diet food and possible the best diet food.
I feel thinner already by just typing it out.

I'm packing lots of hot food into everything I'm eating. They burn fat like a fucker apparently. Poached Eggs with Tabasco is currently my breakfast of choice. I'm seeing absolutely no benefit so far other than improving my cooking ability.
